Terms and Conditions
All rights to Jasper Photo Inc. images and materials are reserved. This website and all the images contained herein are protected by the Copyright Laws of the
Logging on to this website, and/or acceptance of any Jasper Photo Inc. images acknowledges your acceptance of the terms and conditions. If you do not wish to enter into this agreement, log off now, and/or return any materials to Jasper Photo Inc. within ten (10) business days. Failure to log off or return will result in your being bound by these terms.
Responsibility for use
When licensing an image/images from Jasper Photo Inc., recipient agrees to disclose to Jasper Photo Inc. the exact usage, including the type of product or service intended for the image(s). Permission will be granted when the intended use(s) is/are described on the invoice. The invoice should not be accepted if intended use has not been properly described. Invoice will be deemed accepted after five (5) business days of receipt. Full and prompt payment of invoice will confirm the license for use.
Recipient agrees not to use, nor will Jasper Photo Inc. agree to accept the use of Photograph(s) in any defamatory or obscene manner either by physical changes or by accompanying text. Special permission must be obtained for any uses pertaining to, but not limited to: tobacco, alcohol, drugs, sexual, adult or personal hygiene products; or social issues, including, but not limited to domestic violence, child abuse, or any illegal activities. Recipient agrees to indemnify and defend Jasper Photo Inc. from and against all damages, including all reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from Recipient's use of the photographs, if used without written agreement on invoice.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
We offer a Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer within 10 business days from the day that the merchandise is delivered to the consumer by UPS and\or FedEx. Please call customer service at 618-286-8912 or e-mail mailto:customerservice@jasperphoto.net in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 10 days of the delivery date. The UPS and FedEx delivery date is can be found on their respective websites using the tracking number for each delivery.
When you call or e-mail for a RMA number you will need to provide the
Customer name
Customer billing address
Shipped to address if different than the customer billing address
Invoice number from the billing statement included with the merchandise delivery.

NOTE: Merchandise sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to CancelOrder@jasperphoto.net, or call on our business phone at 618-286-8912.
E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, invoice number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via e-mail or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Warranty Policy:
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty Procedure
We suggest you contact our customer support team first by phone 618-286-8912 or e-mail warranty@jasperphoto.net to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details.

Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Jasper Photo. Jasper Photo, Inc. is the exclusive owner of the data collected via this web site. We do not share or sell this information or use it in ways different from what is disclosed in this privacy policy. The links on this site are links to web sites outside of Jasper Photo and we are not affiliated with or responsible for those sites privacy policies.
Credit card details
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express for payment. You may also use a Debit Card with the Visa or MC emblem, or your personal check or money order to order from us.
External Sites
Jasper Photo is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.
Cookies
A "cookie" is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows Jasper Photo to recognize you each time you visit this site (customization etc). Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and Jasper Photo does not use cookies to collect personal information.
Web Traffic Logs
We use IP addresses (not linked to specific personal information) to administer the site, track usage, and obtain site feedback.
Security
Jasper photo takes every precaution to protect our web users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and off-line. When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), the information is encrypted and is protected with SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when just browsing non sensitive pages.
Unsubscribe/Opt-out
Users/customers can unsubscribe from e-mail lists by e-mailing pleaseremove@jasperphoto.net and requesting removal.
